Short History:
English breakfast tea or Breakfast Tea is a blend of Assam, Ceylon and Kenya.Is one of the most popular blended tea between the British and Irish people.It's origins might vary according to some, but is well know that British and Irish people had this common habit of having a blend of black teas at breakfast.The tea name as it is nowadays was first consemnated around 1843 , when a tea merchant started to sell the blend in New York .In the UK the tea became famous thanks to Queen Victoria that tasted the blend in 1892 while visiting Balmoral in Scotland. She enjoyed so much that she took a box with her home in England
About English tea:
The tea is a blend of Congou, Pekoe,Pouchong, Sri Lank tea and Indian Tea. The blen is strong enough to drink with milk and sugar.
