Shipping policy

Boho Tea Café is committed to honest, transparent shipping for all our customers. As a small business, we work with trusted UK couriers Evri and DPD to deliver your orders across the United Kingdom. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery expectations, and what to do if you encounter any issues with your order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.

  • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, processing may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use Evri and DPD for all deliveries within the UK.

  • Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, but please note:

    • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

    • Courier delays, high demand, or stock shortages may result in delivery taking more than a week in some cases.

  • During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

  • All shipping fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your parcel.

  • Both Evri and DPD provide end-to-end tracking for your peace of mind.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • We do not have control over courier operations once your order leaves our facility. While we choose reliable partners, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ukbohocafe.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of your package.

  • For damaged items, please provide photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or outside the UK at this time.

7. Stock & Backorders

  • Some products may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. If this affects your order, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date or offer an alternative/refund.

  • Orders containing backordered items may take longer than a week to ship.

8. Holidays & Unexpected Delays

  • Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, courier strikes).

  • We will always keep you informed of any significant changes or disruptions to your delivery.
