Boho Tea Café is an independent online coffee and tea shop based in Gillingham, Dorset, UK. We import and sell ethically sourced coffee beans and specialty teas to customers across the UK.

• We make every effort to ensure our products are accurately described and available. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please check your order on arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@ukbohocafe.com.

• For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened food/drink products unless faulty.

• If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please provide photos and order details.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

• From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts. These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
