Refund policy

1. Returns

  • Perishable Products:
    Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as coffee, tea, or other consumables unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-Perishable Products:
    For non-food items (e.g., accessories, equipment), you have 14 days from receipt to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@ukbohocafe.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including any shipping costs) for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at hello@ukbohocafe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. For non-perishable items, we will provide instructions for return shipping. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  3. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we may request photos and will cover return postage if needed.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a non-perishable item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
