Short History:
Earl grey tea was created for Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl Grey, who was a British prime minister in 1830's by a chinesse mandarin tea master.The tea was blended to offset the lime in the local water and was made with bergamot and citrus fruit for a special characteristic flavour and smell. It became popular when Lady Grey used the tea to entertain London.
