This method uses naturally derived ethyl acetate—often from sugarcane—to gently remove caffeine from the green beans. It’s a natural and chemical-light process that maintains the beans’ original flavor integrity while reducing caffeine by over 97%.

Other methods such as the Swiss Water® Process may also be used for Colombian decaf, depending on the roaster or supplier, ensuring a clean and chemical-free cup.
